Since becoming a mom of three, I have realized how much more diligent I need to be with my time. Everything seems to take much longer then I expect, especially getting out the door.  On a typical day I leave the house about three times. Our first trip out of the house is early morning to get Ezra to school. The kids and myself take the trip to school and then Sophie, Evelyn and I take the trip back. At some point throughout the day we take trip number two. This trip will either be to meet a friend for coffee (most common), go to Sophie’s preschool or head to an appointment. Our third trip is picking Ezra up from school at the end of the day.

Within all of these to and from’s and in and out’s there is a very high chance that Sophie and/or Evelyn will take a nap. Considering the time spent everyday getting our kids in and out of the car and how much time they spend sitting in their car seat’s, comfort was so key when deciding on the perfect seat.

What stood out to me right away was how the seat was a lighter weight and had a more reclined seating position for baby. The position that Evelyn sits when in the seat has been so rewarding for us.

Since Evelyn was a couple months old, we have been taking her to a chiropractor. She had trouble moving her neck to the side, always favoured looking one way over the other.

With her previous carseat I found that because of how upright she sat her head would flop forward or side to side. There was not enough neck support. Our chiropractor encouraged us to add a small towel to place beside her head to hold it in place while in her seat.
